Hugging is Healthy

It Relieves Tension

It Combats Depression

It Reduces Stress

It Improves Blood Circulation

It's Invigorating

It Elevates Self-Esteem

It Generates Goodwill

It Has No Unpleasant Side Effects

It is Nothing Less than a Miracle Drug!

So . . . do I need to say it more plainly?

Give hugs!

Some people are huggers and it comes naturally to them. Others of us tend to be a bit more reserved and touching is a bit difficult at times.

But be brave! Give it a try a little more often. It will be good for you. AND it will be good for the person to whom you give your hug.

Share love and share Jesus with this simple act!
